Timely arrival, boxes crushed, contents OK. Product is more long-lasting than Gentel Tears in a tube. It is ticker in texture and you will experience longer period of blurriness before you can refocus & regain a "clearer" vision again. Allow 5-7 mins. I did not experience any irritation and found it more soothing than Gentel Tears. With bad flare up, one application gave me about 4 hrs of relieve as opposes to the "Tear" only 45 mins and needed to reapply. Pricey, but good. Glad I found it.

Best for Dry Eyes!
My wife has tried all other dry eye brands and this is the only one that works. The company ran out of them so we had to buy them on eBay at twice the price in the stores. Other sellers were even charging more. Now they are back in the store and she bought several.

Gen Teal works the best for me. Other drops or gels just don't do the job asd qell.
I live in a very dry southwestern state where the wind blows a lot and I have very dry eyes. I have tried at least three other products including prescription drops which are quite expensive.. I found Gen Teal to work the best. I have been using Gen Teal for over a year.. I still have some problems during a windy day.
